Jeep is making a big leap into the electric vehicle (EV) market, announcing three new all-electric SUVs set to hit production in the next two years. This marks a significant shift towards electrification for the company, with plans to unveil four new EVs for North America and Europe by 2025. By 2030, Jeep aims to be fully electric in Europe and 50 percent electric in the United States.

2024 Jeep Recon
The Jeep Recon is drawing attention with its design inspired by the Wrangler and its off-road capabilities.
It features removable doors and a one-touch power top that opens up the cabin.
The Recon boasts trail-rated capability with Jeep Selec-Terrain traction management, e-locker axle tech, and rugged off-road tires.
Built on the Stellantis STLA large platform, details about its batteries, motor arrangement, or performance are not yet revealed.
Jeep’s CEO has clarified that the Recon is not a replacement for the Wrangler. It will be manufactured in the United States and is expected to enter production in 2024, with reservations opening in early 2023.
